Provisions & Terms

Platform Governance Notices

Effective: 2026 Edition

1. Generative AI Outputs & Probabilistic Models

FidsorCloud solutions utilize state-of-the-art neural architectures and large language models. While comprehensive guardrails and deterministic validations are actively enforced, generative outputs are probabilistic by nature and may occasionally produce hallucinations or inaccuracies. Customers are responsible for validating sensitive inferences prior to business deployment.

2. Autonomous Agents & Tool Execution

Autonomous agents orchestrate multi-step workflows across external tools, databases, and APIs. Enterprises must configure appropriate role-based access control (RBAC), tenant permissions, and human-in-the-loop approval thresholds for high-stakes actions, transactional changes, and database modifications.

3. No Professional, Legal, or Financial Advice

Content generated by FidsorCloud chatbots, reasoning modules, and AI agents is provided strictly for informational and workflow automation purposes. It does not constitute certified legal, financial, accounting, medical, or regulatory advice. Always consult licensed professionals for statutory compliance.

4. Platform Availability, Latency & SLAs

We strive to deliver high-availability cloud infrastructure with 99.9% targeted uptime. However, FidsorCloud is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party upstream cloud providers, global backbone latency, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control, except where explicitly governed by an enterprise SLA agreement.

5. Third-Party Integrations & Upstream Providers

FidsorCloud interfaces with external APIs, customer databases, enterprise identity providers, and cloud services. We do not endorse, guarantee, or accept liability for the performance, data practices, or availability of third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FidsorCloud, its affiliates, and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or operational data arising from the use of our autonomous AI platform.
